What files do I need to send?
STEP or IGES is preferred for quoting. Annotated PDF or DWG works for simple parts. Include quantity, target lead time and the part's application or service environment.
How fast will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours on business days for standard parts. Complex molded projects may take 2–3 days because we run a real DFM review before quoting.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Email us with subject "NDA request" and we'll send our standard mutual NDA within one business day, or sign yours.
What's the minimum order quantity?
For CNC machined parts, we accept single-piece prototypes. For injection molded parts, MOQ depends on the tooling — discuss with us based on volume.
Can you help me pick the PEEK grade?
Yes — that's part of every quote. Tell us the service temperature, chemicals involved and load condition, and we'll recommend unfilled, glass-, carbon- or wear-modified PEEK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide. We ship by air courier (DHL/FedEx) for samples and small orders, and by sea freight for production volumes.
